Agreement
These terms apply when you browse or purchase from the HEAVY GOODS website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds policy. If you remix this template, update these terms for your business before accepting real orders.
Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). If payment fails or an order is cancelled after charge, we will refund you.
Products
Product images and descriptions are for illustration. Colours, materials, and finishes may vary slightly from photos. We aim to keep stock accurate, but items can sell out before an order is confirmed.
Shipping
We ship physical goods to the address you provide at checkout. Standard shipping times and any free-shipping thresholds are shown on the site (free standard shipping on qualifying orders over £80). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to your address unless otherwise required by law.
Returns
Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. In summary: unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days unless marked final sale or otherwise stated on the product page.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or use the store for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delay in delivery. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this site applies to your use of the store.
